Kate Kryder of the Grateful Heart Yoga Center will take you on a relaxation journey that will include intention setting, journaling, meditation, yin yoga, and yoga nidra (“yogic sleep”). The day will help you restore and allow yourself to refocus your energy. No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary, just a willingness to concentrate on yourself.
