Kate Kryder, founder of the Grateful Heart Yoga Center has practiced yoga for 4 years and finished her teacher training in 2014 at Franklin Street Yoga.  Kate has a passion for mental health awareness and inspiring gratitude, wholeheartedness, and purpose through yoga, meditation, and art.  Kate specializes in vinyasa and yoga nidra or “yoga sleep”, a deep relaxation practice. Currently, Kate is also creating a journal to help people focus on Mindful Living.
