Grilling is for Girls Too!

As you know I love to cook and I’m not gonna lie – I’m pretty good at it! I’ll also brag that I’m really good at grilling and I like to be adventurous. Did you know you can grill fruit like pineapple, peaches, and even watermelon!? The natural sugars in the fruit condense and caramelize. And the result is something absolutely delicious and refreshing. It’s perfect for summer and will be the hit of dinner!


Grilled Fruit 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 Minutes on a hot grill

Ingredients: fruit of choice, salt and pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar

Toss all of the above ingredients together to marinate while the grill heats up or you are cooking other food. Throw fruit on the grill and cook 2.5 minutes or so on each side. And voila – grilled fruit!
